🌱 Kambo, derived from the secretions of the Phyllomedusa bicolor frog, is a powerful medicine that requires careful preparation and respect. Here are some steps to help you prepare for this sacred journey: 🌱✨

Please discuss any medications or supplements with me prior as I go case by case with these. Please inform us of any health problems particularly pertaining to the heart or brain. Please be transparent with your entire physical, emotional and mental health to avoid any risks and help us to help you. 

Please refrain from:

Meat

Dairy

Milk

Eggs

Coffee

Caffeine

Chocolate 

Heavy food

Oil

Sugar

Heavy salts

Drugs 

Alcohol

Cannabis 

Tobacco 

Please let me know if any of this will be challenging we can work through it together.

Try eating as clean and light as possible raw fruits, veggies, and smoothies are best!

2 liters of water

Strength, trust and surrender!

It’s best to write down and clearly state what you wish to release! Be very specific writing down feelings, emotions, patterns, beliefs, struggles, conflicts, dramas, past lovers, illnesses etc. Write down any and all you can think of. I sometimes write 25 pages. We have free will so kambo will clean at some level regardless but when we ask and are clear he can clean much much deeper and with a focused intention.

On another sheet of paper clearly write down everything you want to come into your life to fill all this space! Joy, luck, health, love, wealth! Etc! Don’t be afraid to wish you are worthy and deserving of all your Desires!!

Also we will be fasting (no food only water)  for 12 hours prior to ceremony. You can eat light fruit after your ceremony is complete but I strongly recommend you water fast with us throughout the entire journey. Lightly sip water only when thirsty leading up to ceremony. I want you to show up thirsty! This makes it easier to drink the 2 liters!
